The Hallaji business enterprise was founded in Bandar-e Abbas in 1990. This company and its partners started selling stationery in the “Evazi-ha Bazaar” in southern Iran.
The main store was relocated in 2006, and many new products were added to the company’s stationery offerings. The founders decided to rename the company to “Morvarid-e Derakhshande-ye Qeshm,” and the new destination was Tehran.
The founders aimed to develop the company and expand its activities to other regions. Thus, a new brand named “Storm” was created in Iran and Spain. After this step, a wide variety of stationery items were added to the product list, including cellophane covers for books and notebooks, mechanical and traditional pens, various types of glue, different kinds of erasers and sharpeners, backpacks, and pencil cases for various age groups, and more.
In 2020, the managers felt the need to cross boundaries and expand their operations. They opened a new central office in Tehran and, a few months later, another in Dubai.
From the beginning of 2024, the “Arzesh-Afarinan Tahrir” company was established, and the commercial activities of the Storm brand are now conducted under this company.
Recently, the Storm brand launched a new product line called “Storm Colors,” focusing on the paint colors category, along with a dedicated line for children called “Storm Kids.”
The Morvarid-e Derakhshande-ye Qeshm Holding Company has 10 branches and one factory that produces textile products such as pencil cases, backpacks, suitcases, and more. The company continues its activities in both Iran and the United Arab Emirates.
At Storm, we are committed to offering a variety of updated and innovative products to our customers, using eco-friendly materials.
